We envision a world that is equitable for all Black and brown youth to thrive.
Join us as we equip youth with the knowledge and understanding that will prepare them to be the leaders of tomorrow.
Too many Black and brown youth are caught in negative generational cycles. We prepare them to be leaders who change the future.
Black and brown youth in our community are facing challenges in all areas of life. They are adversely affected by systems designed to hold them back. We provide direct services and partner with other organizations to equip them with essential life skills so they can reach their full potential — breaking the cycles so they can lead future generations.
Our programs are designed to equip youth and youth-focused organizations to be at their best and create change.
